Cray Phone Stand Photo Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

  • The Cray Phone Stand Photo Contest (the "Contest") is open to participants aged 18 and above.
  • Contestants under 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent to enter.
  • Employees, relatives, or affiliates of KlingK and Invention City are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

  • The Contest will be held on October 1-November 1, 2023.
  • To enter, participants must email a photo to contest@klingk.com with your name and email address (name and email address will be kept private).
  • Only original, non-infringing, and previously unpublished photos will be considered.

3. Submission Guidelines:

  • Photos must adhere to the theme of the contest, which is crazy, and imaginative ways to prop up and hold a self phone for viewing content and creating images and video.
  • Each participant may submit up to three entries.
  • Photos must be in JPEG format.
  • Images should be at least 1200 pixels on the longest side.
  • No offensive content or watermarks.

4. Judging Criteria:

  • Entries will be judged by the KlingK team based on creativity and image quality.
  • The decisions of the judges are final and binding.

5. Prizes:

  • Prizes will be awarded as follows: One WOORMPOD kit will be awarded to each of the top 5 winners.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash equivalent is available.

6. Winner Announcement:

  • Winners will be announced on November 15 at KlingK.com.
  • Winners will also be notified by email.

7. Usage Rights:

  • By entering the Contest, participants grant Invention City, Inc. and KlingK.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their submitted photos for promotional and marketing purposes.

8. Disqualification:

  • Invention City reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the rules or that are deemed inappropriate or offensive.

9. Limitation of Liability:

  • Invention City is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or technical errors that may affect the submission process.

10. Privacy:

  • Personal information collected during the Contest will be used only for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law:

  • This Contest is subject to and governed by the laws of Massachusetts.

13. Rule Changes:
