We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any KlingK product purchased through our online store within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@klingk.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You’ll have two options for return shipping:

    • Use your own shipping label – you cover the cost and ship the item back to us.

    • Request a prepaid label from us – we’ll provide a USPS/UPS return label, and the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Returns

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Returns must include the original packaging.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping fees from your original order (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If you use a prepaid label we provide, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Amazon Fulfillment

All KlingK orders are shipped through Amazon Fulfillment (FBA) for fast, reliable delivery.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, please place a new order and return the original.
