Order Processing

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • All orders are fulfilled through Amazon Fulfillment (FBA), ensuring reliable and fast delivery.

  • Orders may ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics depending on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping Rates

  • We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic U.S. orders.

  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (Optional): 2–3 business days

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may take longer to arrive.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your package’s progress.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@klingk.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with Amazon and the carrier to resolve the issue.
